    Yes, GSC holds certifications from ASCA (Accredited Snow Contractors Association) and SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association). Additionally, our staff includes Certified Snow Professionals through SIMA, which is recognized as the industry's highest certification.

    By the 2025-2026 winter season, GSC will have completed its 11th year of operation as a company dedicated to snow and ice management services.
  • Does GSC perform any other services?

    GSC specializes exclusively in snow and ice management. We do not offer any other outdoor services, allowing us to focus entirely on our specialty.

    Our current client portfolio includes a variety of commercial properties such as small and large retail centers, industrial warehouses, expansive apartment complexes, medical facilities, and flex/mixed-use campuses.
  • As a property manager, what happens if my site changes?

    GSC handles all site mapping internally. We can usually update our network, including clients, managers, and service providers, within a few hours of being notified of any changes to your property.
  • Am I able to get in contact with GSC at any time during a snowstorm?

    Absolutely. During any snow event, our GSC Operations Department is available 24/7, from the first snowflake until the end of the storm, ensuring you have continuous access to our team.
