Glenhaven Snow Company, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the GSC Mobile application for use by our employees and subcontractors. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of user information.


1. Information We Collect

We collect limited personal information necessary for our business operations, including:

  • Contact information – such as your phone number, used for access confirmation and account verification.
  • Device and usage data – such as technical information about your device and how you use the app, used to ensure app functionality and security.


We collect this information directly from you when you use the app and automatically from your device when you access or interact with the app. We do not collect or use data for marketing or advertising purposes.


2. How We Use Information

Your information is used only to:

  • Verify and manage access to company systems.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve app performance and security.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.


We do not use your information to build marketing profiles or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.


3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent user information.

Data may be shared only:

  • With trusted service providers who assist in operating the app (for example, hosting, authentication, or support services) and who are contractually required to keep your information confidential and to use it only to provide services to us, or
  • As required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes, including security, legal, and operational needs, or as required by applicable law.


We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized  access or disclosure.

Authorized users may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting us at the email address below..


6. Text Messsages

For text messaging, we collect opt in verbally from our customers and sub-contractors. The customers or sub-contractors will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if they call. When a customer or sub-contractor is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS based customer support notifications. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time." They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
